Return Policy

a) What is the return policy for Mugdh?
We strive to ensure you have a great experience with Mugdh. Returns or replacements are only possible if the product itself is damaged. The outer packaging condition will not be considered for returns.

b) What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing units in my order?
If you receive a damaged product (not just damaged packaging), an incorrect item, or your order is missing any units, please email us at mugdhindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly attach clear images of the damaged or incorrect product along with the outer packaging for verification. Once reviewed, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide a replacement only (no refunds), depending on product availability.

c) Are there any product-specific return policies?

Replacement and Exchange Product will be Delivered within 7 days.

Once Refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 working days.

The product must be returned in its original, sealed condition. 

Any product returned without its original packaging and accessories will not be eligible for a replacement.
